TJ Keys is a Florida native, who relocated to Atlanta, GA in 2012 and has been a homeowner in metro Atlanta for the past 5 years.  He comes from a software consulting and project management background where he has led numerous diverse teams at Fortune 500 companies overseeing multimillion dollar project budgets. TJ gained experience in the real estate industry at an early age being raised in a family of real estate brokers, agents and investors. He became passionate about the industry after learning  about the power of home ownership as a primary vehicle to create generational wealth.

TJ’s exceptional project management skills are pivotal to ensure all the steps within a real estate transaction are executed accurately, efficiently, and on time for his clients to complete a successful transaction. When an unplanned event occurs, he has the ability to quickly identify alternative solutions to minimize negative impacts and align key stakeholders back on course.   

Over a decade of engineering and software consulting skills translate directly into his real estate tool kit allowing him to effectively simplify complex industry terminology and processes to be easily understood by his clients. TJ’s ability to leverage existing technologies and conduct market data analysis to streamline real estate activities and provide data supported recommendations is paramount in today’s time sensitive and competitive market.

TJ serves as a board member for his father’s Tampa-based nonprofit organization, All Sports Community Service where the program's mission is to provide instrumental support to at-risk youth in underserved communities. TJ is deeply passionate about mentoring and inspiring the next generation of young minority leaders interested in STEM fields and entrepreneurship. The NC State University Summa Cum Laude graduate received both his B.S and M.S in Industrial Systems Engineering, where he’s also a member of the prestigious Roy Park Scholarship Program centered around leadership, service, scholarship and character development. In his spare time, he is visiting family, reading, traveling, and engaging in physical fitness activities such as running, hiking, basketball, and weightlifting.
