I would absolutely recommend Pattman Realty & Associates to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. My husband and I used their services to both buy and sell and the experience was effortless. James was our agent and he presented himself as the ultimate professional as he diligently worked on our behalf. He was relentless in sending us properties and was so patient as we looked for and found the home of our choice…and we looked all over town. We felt like a burden, but were put at ease when he would often say, “This is what I do.” I love the fact that he was always readily available…not once did we have to wait for a call back or an email response. Pattman Realty was so thorough throughout our entire process. They KNOW the procedure well. We literally didn’t have to worry about a thing. They stayed on top of everything. Finally, their customer service is unmatched…which is a priority for me. When we, at times, may have been overbearing, they remained steadfast and reassuring. That quality is very important to me. We are so grateful for their honesty and professionalism.

I met Mrs. Patsy Pattman in 2014, through a referral of a family member. She called me at the time because she heard I was in the housing market. At the time I wasn't prepared to purchase a home just yet but Mrs. Patsy still took the time to lead me in the right direction in what I needed to do in order to get prepared to purchase a home. She was very nice and treated me as though I was her family. I never forgot about Mrs. Patsy and from her advise I followed and in 2015 I was prepared and ready to purchase my first home. I kept Mrs. Patsy's contact information and gave her a call in July of 2015 notifying her of my plans. She immediately remembered me and was very happy an anxious to assist me. She immediately asked and listened to my needs and wants were for my house. She immediately began to create a portfolio for me and would update me DAILY on what new homes were in my market. She met with me on my schedule and ALWAYS had time for me and made daily contact with me even when she was on vacation out of the country. She never tried to sway my wants or budget and in August of 2015 she found my dream house, it was EXACTLY what I asked for and wanted and she negotiated until she received the purchase price in my budget. She made sure that the closing went smoothly and effortless, Mrs. Patsy was there from the beginning to the very end to make sure that I had and received everything that I desired. She always followed through with whatever she said. She told me she would find my dream house by the time I needed it and she definitely delivered. 2 years later I still couldn't be happier in the house she found for me, I absolutely love it. Mrs. Patsy is a go getter and she knows her business, she's a great business woman and most of all she is trustworthy. Mrs. Patsy is proactive and makes sure that every t is crossed, every I dotted, and she does this in a timely manner. She treats you like family, you will grow to love her as I have and miss daily contact with her, she is truly a joy and a pleasure to work with. She is and will always be like family to me. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a house and stand behind Mrs. Patsy and her work 100%.
